The hotel location and staff was good. The lack of management response in addressing our insect problems and hotel accommodations during our hotel stay from 4/29 to 5/5 warranted the one star. ||We encountered a significant number of small flies in our two person room 105 on Sunday, April 28. My wife and I noticed them as each landed on our bed a number of times. We eventually looked up and a number of them were on the ceiling walls and some flying around the ceiling lights. This issue caused significant inconvenience and discomfort. ||I immediately went downstairs and notified the hotel night clerk of the flies issues. The night clerk came to our room to witness the flies; but, could do nothing (e.g. no insect spray) and not move us to another room for two as these were occupied. The best he could do was move us to a single room, which we took and hurriedly moved our belongings to room 101. We later noticed there were ants coming from the bottom of the entrance door.||The next day, we asked the hotel clerk if the manager was present to lodge our complaint. We were informed the manager would not return until Wednesday and reiterated the insect issues in both rooms. The female hotel clerk noted my email address and credit card for compensation for the insect issue or spending the last evening at a single bed room from the hotel manager. ||Since I never received an email from the hotel manager, I replied to their hotel site last week of my issues. To date, I have received no communication or compensation.

The location is great, the service is pleasant, and the room was clean. I will consider this hotel for my future stays in Paris. I didn't expect to have a bathtub, but I had a small one and it was a good surprise. The bed was very comfortable, small a little but still good enough

Positive: "" Negative: A significant number of insects for our primary double room and single room after moving from the primary room. Hotel clerk noted my insect issues for the hotel manager to respond. After 10 days, no communication or compensation fr manager.

The staff was kind and helped me all the times I asked for. There was also also a free snack. Thank you for everything. Your location was perfect and the room comfortable. There was also a free water I mean a fountain where you can take all the water you needed.

Lovely quiet hotel - you would not know you are in a city centre, and so close to The Eiffel Tower and the other attractions of Paris.
