The wifi works every couple minutes, very unreliably. Walls are so thin -- we never heard silence or anything remotely close to it. We heard our neighbors' conversations and the sex they had -- VERY hard to fall asleep. Good location and comfortable bed though.

Modern rooms in a historic building make for a pleasant surprise. The location is convenient, and it is a short walk to many museums. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I liked being able to open my window to get fresh air while sleeping. The bathroom was modern, with a great shower and plenty of hot water. The €24 breakfast buffet is excellent. It includes fresh fruit, yogurt, nuts, dried fruits, boiled eggs, and a large assortment of breads and pastries. The staff was friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Fantastic service. From the time we entered to the time we left the service was fantastic and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the hotel was conveniently located. Paul was excellent as well as the manager with white hair. We got excellent recommendations from the staff for dinner. Would recommend this place to stay!! Thank you for a wonderful stay

Terrible, changed owners, no airco no heating no service. The below account is shows the misrepresentation. The courtyard room has a tiny window opening on a closed small dirty concrete court. Other hotels have the advertised airco working and its not up to the hotel to switch that off. When i complained i was laughed at. When i arrived there was nobody to help me with my bags as the elivator dosnt come down to the lobby.
The heating was also not working . I complained twice but nothing happened. There was never an offer to evict The breakfast costs 25 euros and the cappucino was burned . Let it cool down is not serious. No i didnt get the room or service the hotel presents on their website. I decided to change hotels as i had to work and had a great stay at hotel Pulitzer. Yes it had airco and heating and great cappucinos.
