We arrived at the opening without a reservation. They made up a table to fit our party of four, the last space available. The service was great. The staff knew we were Americans and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The Duck confit was the best we've had, and the potato gratin/frigate was great. The hake was moist and flavorful. We had the souffle and the Mille feuille, and both were the best we've had. So sad this was our last night in Paris and we couldn't come back.

Beautiful restaurant, the nicest staff ever, amazing food. Get the duck confit!

They also are very friendly and helpful about Gluten Free (I have Celiac and they were very careful and I could have many wonderful things on the menu).
