Nous avons déjeuné au Café Jacques et avons passé un excellent moment. Le service était irréprochable, les plats délicieux et l'ambiance très agréable (face à la Tour Eiffel). Un grand merci à Olivier pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

vraiment mal reçus ce midi. Il n y a plus de cornetto et le serveur me reproche de le lui dire...me disant sur ton désagréable que son livreur ne l 'a pas livré...à aucun moment il n'a eu l'idée qu'un sourire et un "désolé ,madame" aurait pu faciliter le contact...et éviter cet avis.

I have read some of the previous reviews and they resonate with us. Unfortunately, although they complain about the service and the answers from the staff promised that they would work on improving the service, everything continues to be the same from the experience that we had.
There are so many other better places to go to in Paris where the service is good and the prices are fairer that I would not waste my time and money in this cafe.
