Very nice place too have a seat, relax, and enjoy a good and tasty meal.
Good service, normal to fast meal preparing times.
Friendly with non french speakers.

We went after the Louvre, around 17 hrs a Friday in late may 2025, we were looking for an affordable good rated option, and was indeed that. We were 3 people, ordered a fish salad, beef with french fries, and a "tartine", first time I saw that term.
All portion were generous sized, and all tasty, specially the "Tartine", definitely a flavor for which I would come back.

Restaurante bom! Me lembrou aqueles restaurantes do centro de São Paulo. O ponto de filé estava como pedi (bem passado), a carne suculenta e bem temperada, porém nada fora do comum. O Tartare estava muito saboroso (segundo minha esposa) e vinha acompanhado de fritas simples.

Para sobremesa, dividimos um Crème brûlée. O atendimento foi super cordial e atencioso, bom lugar para matar a fome a preço honesto.

We stopped in for a quick lunch prior to visiting Orsay. We had drinks and the roasted chicken. The chicken was flavourful, filling and well priced.

Cerca del museo del Orsay, encontrarás este increíble y relajado lugar.
El personal es muy amable, especialmente Soulemane; fue paciente con nosotros al pedir y explicarnos, además de hacerlo con una gran sonrisa.
La comida bastante buena, los platos bien servidos en proporción.
- La hamburguesa bien cocida (así la ordenamos nosotros), con vegetales, las papas crujientes.
- La carne del segundo platillo, bien cocida, suave, con su acompañamiento de ensalada ligeramente aderezada, además de sus papas a la francesa.
Ambos acompañados con una buena cerveza Grimbergen.
Definitivamente un imperdible si estás por la zona.

Café de l’Empire was our favorite experience in Paris. Food was excellent and the staff were kind and attentive. The onion soup, roasted chicken, and the fish of the day were the highlights. Cannot wait to return!

This cafe is so so cute! Love the old cash register, the painting of Napoleon, lanterns, and couches. I ordered a green salad with salmon tartare and a glass of Pinot noir. Everything was wonderful, salmon beautifully marbled and seasoned with fresh herbs. I will say we were sat under the staircase in the hallway by the bathrooms, so that took a lot away from our experience here. Despite that I’d happily return and wait for another table to open up that was not under the stairs.
