I visited La Table d'Akihiro in April 2023. It is really hard to describe this wonderful experience in words. This small restaurant is definitely one of the best seafood restaurants in the world. Monsieur Akihiro is truly a gem. His legacy is no less valuable than anything in the Louvre Museum. I think young chefs can learn a lot from him. I don't see the need to describe my dining experience here, just go and try it. One thing is for sure, you will not regret it. Even though I don't speak French, we had an unforgettable conversation with the Chef. He recommended us some nice places in Japan and drank sake with us! Thank you very much, Monsieur! I will definitely visit again
