When we arrived at the restaurant, we were assured that an hour and a half would be enough for dinner, as we had a very important event afterward that evening.
However, in reality, we were only served half of our order during that time. The prices are quite high, and it's unclear what exactly you're paying for.
I reminded the staff several times that we were on a tight schedule, but no action was taken — no effort to speed things up or offer any alternatives.
The attitude toward customers was completely indifferent, with no flexibility or willingness to accommodate the situation.
As a result, instead of enjoying a nice start to an important evening, we left disappointed and in a bad mood.
The food was mediocre. Some staff were exceptional, one of the waiter was not.
