We had a lovely lunch at Hemicycle with very good and friendly service. The beet salad with their special cheese, the pasta, and the pre-dessert were the highlights of our meal. We also really enjoyed their butter, made with the finest quality cream from a farm and aged in hay for five days—it was exceptional. We would have preferred the appetizers to be prepared differently rather than deep-fried, and the morel mushrooms in the main course to be less salty. Overall, it was a good dining experience, and we appreciated the thoughtful flavors.
