The truffled faux-filet was perfectly cooked, the mushroom fricassée and the salmon entrees delicious. Flavourful and heartfelt cooking. For my taste the portions are a tad oversized. The wine card is limited but interesting with some old vintages to choose from. The team is charming and enthusiastic. The space is intimate but a bit lacklustre due to the shape of the room. The atmosphere is of a local neighbourhood restaurant, one’s local cantine so to say while the quality of the food is better than a « local cantine »and is way more expensive. And that is Plume’s dilemma.
