La poule au pot (avec désormais une façade remise à neuf) est vraiment devenue au fil des années ma cantine de quartier préférée ! On s'y sent bien, en famille, accueillis avec la même générosité que le patron, Yannis, met dans tous ses plats ou desserts faits maisons. Loin des pièges à touristes et des établissements prétentieux, cette poule au pot offre un rapport qualité/prix rare dans ce quartier... avec une touche d'authenticité unique et la passion du travail bien fait.
Une super adresse de "vraie cuisine française traditionnelle"!

I was walking home from an evening cruise and this restaurant was two doors down from our place. One of the waiters was outside so we stopped to chat and said no need for a reservation pop in tomorrow which we did. I was with my daughter and granddaughter. We retreated so nice and it was lively and fun and I got the traditional chicken dish, which was delicious. However, what I truly enjoyed was how enjoyable the evening turned out it was like being in your mother‘s kitchen.

Essen lecker, Service super

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von ca. 20 Personen in diesem Restaurant, hatten aber nur für 5 Personen reserviert. Spontan durften wir in den Nebenraum sitzen der in kürzester Zeit für uns vorbereitet wurde. Das Essen war super lecker und obwohl wir so viele waren kam alles in sehr kurzen Abständen.
Der Service war einmalig, wir fühlten uns wie Zuhause.

Man muss nicht immer in ein Sternerestaurant gehen um gut zu essen.

Wir hatten einen Tisch für 8 Personen reserviert. Letztendlich, waren wir über 20 Personen, da eine menge Tischlerkollegen auch mit wollten..das war alles kein Problem. Super Service und bodenständigens Essen.wir sind alle sehr zufrieden. Tolles Ambiente. Wunderbar entspannt.

Ambiente molto accogliente. La cameriera super gentile e disponibile, anche nel descriverci i piatti che sono scritti in francese. Abbiamo preso la zuppa di cipolle e il poule au pot, buonissimi entrambi e saporiti. Esperienza consigliatissima a chiunque voglia provare piatti tradizionali francesi!

We ate the restaurant's specialty, poule au pot, which was delicious, as well as scallops on a creamy risotto, which was very good! The service is particularly friendly and the place is typically French and charming.

We had a wonderful dinner here before going to Les Invalides.
Despite arriving a bit early for the Kitchen to open we were able to look at the menu, relax and I think they started cooking early.
We had Escargot, onion soup, then steaks, duck and the chicken in a pot of course.
The food was authentic and tasty and the portions large! Definitely would recommend.

A short walk from Invalides and worth every step! For starters the Pâte en croûte Richelieu .. magnificent. Followed by Souris d'agneau purée truffée (lamb & mashed potatoes w/truffles) .. outstanding! Paired with Chorey-Les-Beaune (Bourgogne) .. absolutely perfect!
