Got a reservation for lunch pretty easily. They have amazing service and the waiters and waitresses are pretty attentive. Not a fan of escargot but we got the prefixe menu and everything else on it was amazing! The skate fish was particularly buttery and flaky. Also pretty good portions for a 3 course meal.

Excellent restaurant, expérience de haute gastronomie dans un cadre magnifique (la décoration de la salle a été entièrement refaite). Pour avoir déjà testé plusieurs restaurants proposant des menus en 5/7 étapes et notamment à Paris, le Gaya est le meilleur que j’ai fait. Le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment incroyable : quand on compare l’expérience culinaire et le service au tarif du menu, c’est vraiment peu onéreux. Je recommande les yeux fermés et j’y retournerai très vite !

Beautifully located in an alleyway. With reservation I was seated in the back next to a table with people wearing shorts. Service tried to sell me additional servings and wasn't attentive. Seafood platter felt completely unseasoned and came significantly short of my expectations. As if taken from the sea and directly plated.
[Visited in June 2024, restaurant had one Michelin star at that time]
