Booked a reservation for our trip to Paris. My GF got really ill so we asked for a refund more than a week before arrival. Hotel manager was rude over the phone and refused to give us a refund despite the medical emergency. The staff was so heartless over the phone. Do yourself a favor and never book them ever again. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

Situación inmejorable. Teníamos reservada una habitación desde hacía tiempo y cuando llegamos nos alojaron en otra de superior categoría por el mismo precio. Personal amable. Desayunos muy buenos.

说起这个酒店，最令人深刻的是他们每天的保洁服务和地理位置。酒店就在saint sulpice地铁站旁边，4号线很方便。保洁非常认真仔细，每天晚上回房间都会收拾非常整洁，甚至会叠好脏衣服，赏心悦目焕然一新，给第二天的行程提供了充足的养分。安全性也很好，前台24小时值班。大厅也有微波炉，对于我们这种糖尿病人也很友好。并且附近5.6街区熙熙攘攘目不暇接，下楼就可以开始逛街。推荐附近的gelato冰激凌，非常好吃。

Poor stand of cleaning. I highlighted this on arrival and was told it was told it would be cleaned. I was there 4 nights and not done despite towel change etc each day. Room uninviting due to dirt and terrible marks in walls. No bathroom robe or radio as advertised. Limited TV channels. Kettle but no cups/mugs, teaspoons or tray. I had to go out to buy. Lift very small. I sent my case up and only used the stairs.|Friendly staff. Good towels and bathroom toiletries. Excellent location.|I paid City tax on arrival but was asked for this again the day before I left which was surprising. I would not return. Expensive for what it is.

Há anos ficamos hospedados neste bairro. Nas últimas vezes escolhemos o Atlantis pelo custo-benefício. Ótima localização, bom atendimento, limpeza Ok, preço razoável. Os quartos com janela para a rua tem janelas de onde se vê a fachada da linda Igreja Saint Sulpice. Falta ter nos quartos uma jarra elétrica para aquecer água, prática pra tomar um café solúvel, muito comuns nos hotéis hoje em dia. Fica a dica.
