Das Hotel ist sehr süß. Das Personal war super freundlich und die Lage des Hotels ist super! Das einzige was etwas gestört hat war der schon ältere Teppeichboden. Die Zimmer waren ansonsten sauber und bei Bedarf wurden die Handtücher jeden Tag gewechselt.

We recently stayed for three nights at the Danemark in the very charming 6th Arrondissement on rue Vavin. The location was excellent.|It was an easy 3 - 5 minute walk from the Vavin Metro stop which meant that we could wheel our bags down the street to the hotel without any difficulty and could easily jump on the metro to head off and explore the city.|The Danemark is a small hotel so it does not have the facilities of a large hotel and there is no car park (although who’d want to drive in Paris anyway). However staff were consistently helpful and friendly and it was an excellent base for exploring Paris. |It was reasonably priced for the area - you can certainly pay a lot more to stay here.|We booked a Superior Double room but space was limited and the room felt cramped partly because it was an odd shape but mainly because a desk and a large set of not-very-useful drawers took up a fair amount of floorspace. The room was also quite dark and although there were two windows, there was not much natural light. |On the plus side, there was a kettle so we could make a cup of tea and overall, the room was comfortable and clean. A lift meant that we did not have to carry bags up or down stairs.|Breakfast was included and was served in the bottom floor dining area. It was a fairly basic affair of croissants, pastries and fruit but the staff were very attentive and friendly and always offered us a selection of pastries to take away with us.|Immediately surrounding the hotel are a couple of sight-seeing highlights - the Luxembourg Gardens and the church of Saint Sulpice. The Gardens are just at the end of Rue Vavin (about 5 - 6 minute walk).|The surrounding streets are lined with small interesting shops and upmarket boutiques (I bought some lovely children’s clothing at Petit Bateau). There are lots of smart cafes and restaurants but you will find a range to suit different budgets. We particularly enjoyed Le Relais d’Entrecote, which was just a few minutes walk from the hotel, on Boulevard du Montparnasse.|GETTING THERE: From Gare du Nord, use the Metro line 4 and exit Vavin Station, the walk 3 min from Boulevard du Montparnasse down Rue Vavin to the hotel.

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas du tout ses trois étoiles .
La chambre avait grand besoin d’être rénovée . La moquette dégageait une odeur de moquette qu’on ne peut plus nettoyer correctement et la peinture se décollait des murs .
Le petit déjeuner n’était pas du tout à la hauteur. Le monsieur de l’accueil qui nous a servi ne s’est même pas lavé les mains avant de couper le pain et de nous servir les viennoiseries qui étaient de la veille !

I recently stayed here for 3 nights. All the reviews say the rooms are dirty etc but I found no dirt anywhere in the room, no dust etc. our room was smallish but we didn’t mind as we were out all day anyway. Breakfast was tasty and the server was so polite and helpful despite speaking little english. It’s right next to a tube so that’s really helpful. We had a bath and a shower head but it didn’t attach the wall so that was a bit difficult to use. There was NO BED BUGS or any infestations I could find. I would recommend it if you don’t want a 5* hotel. It has a kettle and coffee in the room etc. staff were polite and helpful at reception. Only issue I had was I found 1 small hair on one of the towels but I just picked it off and put it in the bin. The hotel was nice.

El hotel cumple pero no fue lo que esperábamos. La habitación tenía constantemente olor a cigarrillo, por más de que abrieramos las ventanas no se iba, estaba impregnado. El baño no tenía ducha sino duchador y no tenía cortina, por lo que bañarse era complicado. El desayuno dejo mucho que desear, los productos de panadería no parecían ser frescos y no ofrecían ni fruta. La cama cómoda y la ubicación estaban bien, pero no volveriamos.

The fact that this hotel is labeled as a 3-star was shocking to both myself and my partner, as the rooms were so dirty and in need of renovation that we packed our bags and left at 11pm the night we checked in. Walls and surfaces were all covered in a thick layer of dust, sheets were stained and had other guest's hair in them, mystery hair on a "clean" towel, and completely water-damaged, peeling walls. Bathroom was also not cleaned well and in serious need of an upgrade. We were offered to move to another room, but considering the state of this one, we declined and left for another property. For a 3-star we weren't expecting much, but we did expect it to at least be clean.

Pésimo servicio. Me dieron una habitación que tenía tapada la pileta del baño y comenzó a gotear el caño. Avisé en recepción y me dijeron que lo iban a arreglar. Cuando volví de mi paseo, seguía igual. Me dijeron que no podían hacer nada, les pedí que me cambien de habitación y me decían que no tenían (le mostré que en Booking sí había disponibilidad). Después de insistir, por segunda vez, me confirmaron que sí tenían pero que eran de categoría superior a lo que yo había pagado. Tuve que explicarle yo a la recepcionista que, en esos casos, deben darme una igual, que no pagué casi 400€ para estar en una habitación con el baño prácticamente inhabilitado. A la 1 am logré mudarme a una que tenía alfombra y terrible olor a humedad (pobre gente la que paga más por eso…). A la mañana siguiente me hicieron cambiarme de habitación de nuevo, habiendo arreglado el caño. Es decir, en dos noches cambié de habitación 2 veces. No fueron para nada considerados, ni se esforzaban por hacerse entender (yo hablo español). Ni siquiera se les ocurrió compensar lo ocurrido haciéndome no abonar las tasas que eran de 11€. No les interesa brindar un buen servicio ni hacer sentir bien al cliente. Deberían dedicarse a otro rubro.

BEDBUGS…… they had bedbugs - I was covered in bites. When I brought it up they told us it was our fault. No compensation whatsoever. We had to spend hours cleaning our things on our short stay in Nice which should have been relaxing but ended up being a bedbug nightmare. There are so many hotels nearby for a similar price- went to a diff spot that was cleaner for a similar price. Apparently they have had issues with bedbugs for years. ????‍♂️

Great location, friendly and warm caring staff. The room was clean, hygiene 5+, no need to worry about 24-hour access to hotel. The hotel is small, everything you need is available, including an iron. Good access to public transport and lots of cafes nearby. Only good memories????

Top top top. Superbe. Alles was perfect voor ons. Intake, vriendelijkheid personeel, geweldig ontbijt, mooie kamer met douche/bad en toilet, heerlijk matras van tweepersoonsbed en mooi gelegen achter Jardin du Luxembourg.

We had a fantastic 3 days stay in Hotel Danemark. A lovely, charming place to be in a superb part of Paris, behind the Parc de Luxembourg. During our 2 nights stay we had a very nice, good, healthy and more than enough breakfast, from very friendly and lovely ladies. The doible bed was also very good and the room on the 3rd floor was quiet all nights. Since our arrival and during our stay we also had very nice, interesting chats with Theodora who also welcomed us with a warm bienvenue! We travel regulary to Paris by Eurostar/ Thalys but this stay was one of thé best and may be thé number one! We will definitely come back to this warm, friendly and charming hotel and people we call friends now. The reason for our stay this time was seeing the comédie musicale 'les dix commandements' at the Seine Musicale theatre which was as splendid as 25 years ago; songs and music the same. So blessed we are.

J'ai fait une demande de renseignements et la réceptionniste la plus impolie m'a "servie" aujourd'hui (cheveux blonds). Ils doivent embaucher du personnel plus sympathique qui aime travailler avec le public. Vraiment décevant.

Siamo stati dal 12 al14. Appena siamo arrivati ci hanno dato la camera n10. Se avessimo preso un hostel saremmo stati meglio. La moquette piena di polvere e sporchissima, la pittura nel bagno che cadeva. Abbiamo passato una notte bruttissima, il giorno dopo mi sono lamentato e mi hanno dato una camera alternativa. Foto diverse dalla realtà.

Very nice service. Rooms and bathrooms equipped with everything you need. Very clean. Super located close to Jardin du Luxembourg. The welcome was excellent. I would recommend it without hesitation for a stay in Paris. If you are from Poland, you will also receive a lot of information from our Polish compatriots. Very nice girls. Warm greetings.

Hôtel typiquement parisien dans un quartier anime et à proximité des transports en commun.
L’hôtel est étroit mais les chambres sont de taille correcte. Elles mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement. On n’entend pas du tout le bruit du dehors grâce au double vitrage .
Le personnel est très sympa et serviable.

Hôtel 3 étoiles, mais: fenêtre qui ferme difficilement, endroit avec moisissures derrière un meuble et radiateur, plafond avec peinture qui s'écaille!!! Pas de prise dans la salle de bain, qui n'a qu'une baignoire trop haute en y entrant et sans bouchon, donc on ne peut prendre de bain !!! Nous n'avons pas testé le petit dej' à 14€, nous préférons les beaux cafés parisiens. Personnel féminin notamment de la nuit très pro.

온수 잘나오고 라디에이터(난방) 잘 되고, 객실 깨끗하며, 직원분들 엄청 친절 하십니다. 주변에 좋은 음식점도 많아요. 버스정류장과 전철역도 가까워서 여행하기 좋은 위치입니다.
