This hotel is definitely not a 4-star property. I would rate it more like 3 stars. While the 15th-century building sounds intriguing, it’s quite old, and the design, which looks nice in photos, is actually rather cheap in person. I’m not sure why it has so many positive reviews—it's definitely not worth the price. But I have to mention that the people that work there are friendly and helpful.

L'hôtel que j'ai récemment visité était tout simplement incroyable. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel chaleureux et attentif m'a fait sentir comme un VIP!????

Hôtel très agréable dans une rue calme et avec un bon niveau de prestation. Petit déjeuner délicieux, chambres agréables avec une belle décoration .
