sincèrement très belle chambre salle de bain très correcte personnel disponible et très sympathique petit déjeuner simple mais copieux et consistant emplacement au top ....seul bémol la chambre donnant sur la rue était un peu bruyante mais rien d'insupportable

we have visited hotel dauphine many times as we have always found the staff helpful and freindly. However for us the stand out reason is the location it is so easy to walk to so many major attractions. This year we visited Mussee Cluny, Fondation Cartier and both the Luxenbourg Gardens ( our favourite peaple watching space and the Tuilerie gardens. also although for us not walkable the Picasso museum. the hotel can summon taxis very quickly. In the summer the impromptu jazz in the evenings close by adds to the charm of the area.

The breakfast is very good. The localization is the best in Paris! I love this hotel and recommend for vacation or business. The professionalism and service of the staff were fundamental to our stay in Hotel Dauphine Saint-Germain. It was our second stay ..

We stayed here on our honeymoon and had a great experience. The rooms are clean and stylish, the location is great, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The staff here was so kind when they found out it was our honeymoon and went above and beyond to give us a great experience. We are so thankful!

Our stay last autumn was profoundly disappointing. We arrived from the UK in the evening (around 11 PM), exhausted from our journey, only to be met with an appalling lack of hospitality at the front desk. The receptionist, who appeared to be of Indian origin (no bias of course), was unhelpful and outright dismissive, refusing to address even our most basic inquiries. Instead of providing essential information about the hotel's services (such as details about the breakfast included in our reservation), she seemed entirely disinterested in her work and more focused on her mobile phone. The check-in process was frustrating and unwelcoming, setting an unfortunate tone for the rest of our stay.

Having paid a hefty sum (over £2,500 for one weekend), we expected a truly Parisian experience, to the lengths of explicitly requesting, prior to booking, the highly advertised pink upstairs suite. However, the level of service fell far below the standard one would anticipate from a hotel of this calibre.

The room seemed just briefly glossed-over when it came to cleanliness (long dark hair in the sink, towels randomly placed on the floor of the shower cabin, complimentary tray with tea/coffee not stocked).

Given this unprofessional experience, we cannot, in good conscience, recommend staying in this hotel. Before booking, consider the multitude of other places in the exact same area.
