Room was dark and quite warm during the night. Decor was too 1970's for my liking. My room (208) had no view from window but was quiet as it did not overlook the main syreet. The safe box was locked ( no instructions)and the receptionist was unable to unlock it, however security did not happen to be an issue during my stay. No literature in the room re: amenities, times, city of Paris, guides etc. Room was clean. Orange frangraced shower gels and soaps. Breakfast was very good with wide selection of both hot and continental style. Parking was at the underground car park next door at discounted rate.

Konum olarak iyi bir bölge olan Montpartsede .Metroya yakın ulaşımı kolay. Otel odası maalesef arka havalandırmaya bakan karanlık bir oda verdiler. Rezervasyonda yüksek kat ve caddeye bakan oda istemiştik. Bundan dolayı hayal kırıklığına uğradık. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Personel çok ilgili degildi. Bir daha kalmayı düşunmem. Farklı otellere bakarım.

I stayed with my family & an infant from 12/05/23-12/09/23 in room 301. My experience was very disappointed. I’ve never wrote a bad review on any hotel that I have ever stayed, but this one deserve it. They are not good in cleaning at all. Very dusty room, especially in the furnitures & lamps. They don’t change the bed sheet even if they were dirty, nor do vacuuming. Every day we have to asked them to do those things & they didn’t do it at all, plus the maid was very rude when we asked her. We complain with the supervisor who told us that she was very sorry about this but that she would perform the cleaning by herself, but when we returned the sheets were not changed & left them dirty. She offered us a discount, but at the check out they didn’t gave it to us. This hotel needs help regarding service & room cleaning.

I regret staying here. The staff were uninterested in being helpful and many did not speak English (or claimed not to). The French arrogance was in full force here. It was frustrating to obtain basic supplies, like an extra blanket or toothbrush. The hotel also did not have robes, apparently. The WiFi was acceptable for light web surfing but did not work for Zoom calls or watching videos. The room was also much smaller than I anticipated and was not a comfortable space to lounge in. It was clean and safe and the location was fine, but I would never go back.
