Pictures on website make the hotel looks bigger and cleaner and newer than actual. Lobby was tiny.
The reception was actually a small desk right under the stairs. Wow, looks so professional, right?! The guy at the front desk was not welcoming at all. No greetings (I don’t really expect too much from Europe honestly, as far as friendliness). The unfriendly guy at the front desk had such heavy accent that we could barely understand them.
When we asked about storage for our luggages, the front desk guy answered with annoyance “room number”. The service we got from the reception was unpleasant.
The first day we checkin early around 1120 am and came back about 8pm. When we opened the luggage we noticed something out of place. So we decided to do a detail review and discovered that somebody stole from our room jewelry worthing around 1500 euros
We inmediatly reported the situtation to the recepcionist who said he could do nothing and that moment but the manager will help us next day.
Next morning we went again to the front desk to follow up and the person in the reception neglected to even review the cameras and even suggested we were lying and we have to go to the Police because the hotel will not take care of the situtation.
Be aware they are thieves.
Update #1:
After posting this review and claiming through expedia, we were told that they will investigate the situtation. And the hotel staff changed their attitude. We already checkout as we did not feel safe anynore.
