The rooms were small but very cozy and tidy.
The night receptionist was a really friendly and helpful guy.
However, do not trust the information about the parking next to the hotel accommodating a normal-sized car. You need to be an expert driver to avoid denting your vehicle. We emailed the hotel a few days before our visit to inquire about the parking size, as we were driving a larger SUV. The hotel assured us it wouldn’t be a problem. In reality, it was one of the most stressful experiences of my life. We ended up denting our car and consider ourselves lucky we made it out of the garage without getting stuck.
Do yourself a favor and check out apps to reserve a larger parking spot in Paris—it does wonders for your stress levels.
When we informed the hotel about this in person, we received the "Yeah, this is Paris—what did you expect?" look. When we followed up via email regarding the misleading information, their response was simply (on the 2th email, first email no answer):
"Ok, message reçu 5x5, merci."
