We were put on the first floor where every 10-20 minutes the metro would come by until 1am. We had ear plugs and a sound machine and it was difficult for me to sleep. The cafe is immediately below us and every time someone moves a chair or table it makes that terrible sounds that occurs when something is dragged across the floor.
It is Really hard after jet lag. I did not see this mentioned in any other reviews and am quite surprised. I did a ton of research before booking, obviously not quite enough. ????
The staff was very kind and tried to move us but due to availability could not. They did compensate breakfast for the adults which was so kind. My recommendation is to try to request a higher floor after booking and specifically NOT 107.
