We wanted to stay somewhere within walking distance of Gare Montparnasse, and this hotel was perfect. Located on a quiet street just off the Boulevard Raspail, it’s in an interesting neighbourhood which is convenient for bars and restaurants. Our room was a good size, the bed was large and extremely comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean and the artistic touches set it apart from other hotels. The staff were without exception friendly and helpful, but special thanks go to Amenis and Lamine for their warm welcome.

The room was beautiful and comfortable, great location right near Luxembourg Gardens, very friendly helpful staff, love the emphasis on art in the hotel. Would definitely stay here again! I don’t want anyone to discover this gem. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic location near everything yet on a quiet street, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially kid friendly. They were very generous, offering drinks and coffee. Very flexible and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Thanks to all the great staff at Hotel des Academies et des Arts for our stay. We got a very kind welcome from Amenis, and everyone was helpful and gave great recommendations throughout our stay. We slept well, breakfast was excellent and the interior design made our stay feel really special.||The hotel is also in a great part of Paris - easy to get to lots of other sights and neighbourhoods, but with plenty to do on the doorstep as well. Merci beaucoup!

I decided to visit Paris on a whim, and found Hotel Des Academies Et Des Arts. I cannot begin to say how happy I am that I found it! The location is truly amazing. You are in on the best parts of Paris - walking distance to many great galleries / museums (make reservations ahead of time), cafes and shops. I choose to walk most of my visit!||I was nervous prior to my trip as I know very little French, and did not know my way around Paris. But I was greeted by Amenis, one of their managers, who went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. The room is fabulous. And the breaking is the morning (downstairs) was just what I needed. This is my first, but definitely not my last time visiting this establishment. ||Thank you Amenis and Hotel Des Academies team! Until next time xx

First time staying in this hotel in Paris but felt so welcomed by lovely reception staff like Amenis. The room was perfect and clean with no complaints to be made, with nice decoration and practicality. the hotel was in a great spot, surrounded by beautiful restaurants and cafes, and within short walking distance of the Vavin metro. Would definitely stay here again.

Y retournerais je ? ........NON ! L'accueil est le meilleur de l'Hotel. Entre Lamine, le Sénégalais et Mademoiselle d'Agadir la marocaine le courant passe, ils sont fort sympas et dévoués. Ensuite la déco ? genre bobo écolo chic et arty cache bien la misére de la restauration de ce vieil immeuble. Petite chambre donnant sur une cour à se flinguer de tristesse, mais surtout avec un WC et une Sdb sans aucun chauffage !!! On aurait pu y mettre un sèche linge éléctrique sans gros travaux ! en fait la rénovation a été faite à l'économie: résultat les portes sont anciennes et fines, les murs non insonorisés laissait cette nuit là les cris de jouissance d'une cliente qui fêtait bruyamment la St Valentin ! J'oubliais les points positifs: la Nespresso in the room. ET la montée en ascenseur avec une oeuvre de Jérome Mesnager et son éternellle silhouette blanche....

First time i stayed here in January for 5 nights and i had an amazing time. Room super clean no weird smell, comfy bed and quiet spacious! I came back in February for a last minute trip for one night and I have to admit Amenis at the front desk welcomed me with great energy, super helpful made me feel so comfortable. Received great service from Amenis!! In general great staff.|Would definitely be back!

It was a phenonmal stay, with very friendly and professional staff. Perfect location and many small details make the stay memorable. Amenis made a special effort to accommodate a last-minute booking request. I would definitely come back to this hotel again!

I highly recommend this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff's warmth and professionalism truly set the tone for my entire visit.|The room was perfect in size. Clean, quiet, and a comfortable bed! The level of care and attention from the staff and housekeeping was 5 star!||Location was great with very close access to the metro and walkable to many restaurants, cafes, and sights including Luxembourg Garden-- and for shopping at Le Bon Marche. :)||I also appreciated the tea and coffee in the room.||I look forward to booking this hotel again on my next visit to Paris.

Outstanding hotel in best location in Montmarte near Luxembourg gardens.||Service is the best, we forgot our ipad and it got sent with an uber to our hotel in Disneyland. We also got two rooms for us with a small beautiful balcony and adjacent room for our two children. Breakfast and design in the hotel exceptional with a few but the best quality products in Breakfast. Quality over quantity. ||Good beds and great sleeping Quality. |Would recommend this hotel for everyone staying in Paris. Very good area also.

L'Hôtel des Académies et des Arts est une véritable pépite, situé dans un quartier charmant et animé, à deux pas du magnifique Jardin du Luxembourg. L'endroit combine à la perfection le design moderne et l'élégance : le mobilier est raffiné et contemporain, avec des peintures au plafond dans les chambres qui apportent une touche artistique unique. La literie est un véritable cocon de confort, et les coussins sont incroyablement moelleux, parfaits pour se détendre après une journée de découverte. Le petit plus : le thé mis à disposition chaque jour dans de jolies tasses, un détail qui ajoute une note cosy à l'expérience. Un séjour parfait !

Love this hotel. Great location near to the Parc du Luxembourg, one of the most beautiful parks in Paris. Also easy to get to on the metro from the Gare du Nord as it is direct and door to door. You can also take the metro direct to Abbesses if you want to visit Montmatre. The hotel itself is wonderful - clean and comfortable with perfectly finished decor and everything you need for a stay. The staff are lovely - warm, friendly, helpful. We are already repeat visitors and we will stay again. Thank you.

Det er en fantastisk og hyggeligt sted, man kommer ind med cosy stemning og det var virkelig rare, Amenis ved receptionen er virklig sød og flink. Værelset er super hyggeligt og rent. Generelt er hotellet kunst stemning, kan helt varm anbefalet.

J'ai été prélevé de ma réservation 2 fois de ma prochaine visite et j'essaie de me faire rembourser depuis plus d'un mois sans aucun résultat. Je les ai appelé 5 fois, on me dit que je serai remboursé mais je n'ai aucune réponse. J'ai transmis mon RIB a 2 reprises par email et aucune nouvelle de l'hotel.
Je pense que c'est une arnaque.

Nous sommes seulement à mi-parcours de notre séjour de 8 jours à l'Hôtel des Académies et des Arts, mais déjà, nous avons l'impression d'y vivre depuis des semaines ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Le personnel est tout simplement incroyable : toujours souriant, extrêmement serviable et attentif à tous nos besoins. Ils nous font sentir comme chez nous.||Les chambres sont confortables, décorées avec goût, et l'atmosphère artistique de l'hôtel ajoute une touche unique à l'expérience. Chaque détail a été pensé pour rendre le séjour aussi agréable que possible. Nous avons hâte de profiter pleinement de la deuxième moitié de notre séjour et nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience chaleureuse et inoubliable à Paris.

Un agréable hôtel compact à Paris dans un quartier pratique pour se rendre au centre par les transports en commun ou même à pied à St Germain. Personnel agréable et serviable.
Ma critique serait que le site internet surestime le raffinement des chambres, dont certaines sont si petites que le lit double est poussé contre le mur. Notre première chambre était ainsi et nous avons demandé à être déplacés dans une plus grande.

Notre premier choix à Paris en matière de boutique-hôtel ! C'est la deuxième fois que nous passons 5 nuits après Noël dans cet hôtel romantique, stylé et charmant. L'intérieur est très artistique et sa situation est parfaite dans le quartier artistique de Montparnasse (près de la station de métro Vavin). Les chambres sont très confortables avec une touche arty et des lits très confortables. Mais ce qui nous plaît particulièrement dans ce bel hôtel 4 étoiles, c'est l'équipe de l'hôtel, toujours charmante, joyeuse et serviable, qui nous accueille toujours chaleureusement. Un grand merci donc à Lamine, Amenis, Bachir, Asmae, Bilel et Benjamin !

Positif : Il y a des restaurants à proximité. Négatif : Ce n'est pas un hôtel 4 étoiles : Ce n'est pas un hôtel 4 étoiles, le personnel n'a rien pu me dire sur la façon de se rendre aux attractions touristiques, le personnel n'a jamais entendu parler d'un bus touristique comme le bus hop on hop off.
