Outstanding, personable service! Worthy of significant commendation are: Sophie, Thomas,|***Sanjay***, Ghislaine, Elinita, and Zalya. I also relished the fine attention to detail in our room along with the particularly lovely breakfast spread.

The front office staff could not have been more helpful. They were an advertisement for wonderful customer service, and an extreme rebuttal to anyone who says the French/Parisians are rude to Americans! The next time I come to Paris, (I try to come every 2 or 3 years) I will definitely stay here. They are exceptionally well located, and make your life easy when staying in Paris

A fabulous boutique hotel in the perfect location on the West Bank. Our room was modern, light, extremely comfortable and immaculately serviced. I can't speak highly enough about the staff: friendly, knowledgable, efficient and and helpful. The concierge, Morgan, helped with suggestions from restaurants, to daily itineraries, to securing timed tickets for several venues. Great choice!

My wife and I just spent eight nights at the Hotel Madison. We cannot say enough good things about this hotel.||The location was incredibly ideal within the heart of the 6th arrondissement, tucked into a quieter corner just off of Blvd St. Germain, with a Metro station and bus stop within a few dozen steps of the hotel. We did most of our sightseeing by foot, and so many of Paris' attractions were within a 20 to 30 minute easy walk from the Hotel (Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, Orangerie, Sainte Chapelle & Concergerie, Notre-Dame, Pantheon, Hotel des Invalides, Jardin des Tuleries & Jardin du Luxembourg). The immediate area around the hotel was filled with amazing small restaurants and shops. ||The premises were modern, clean and warm. The lounge area provided ready access to water (still and sparkling) and alcoholic beverages along with pastries throughout the day. ||The hotel staff were all incredible. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive. The concierges were both amazing and personable, and provided excellent recommendations for local food experiences.||Our room provided an excellent view of the Boulevard from the 5th floor, and was clean and well maintained. The hotel staff assigned to our floor kept our room in wonderful shape. There was a safe in the room, and also a small refrigerator with small bites and drinks (at a charge if eaten). ||My wife and I felt this was the PERFECT hotel for our week in Paris. We would consider staying here for our next visit to France with no hesitation.

The location is perfectly located, no matter where you're going. The hotel is bright and clean, the rooms are great (definitely quieter on the courtyard side) and the staff wonderful. Special shout out to Morgan, the concierge. Great breakfast and special bonus - unlimited cold water on tap in the lobby.
