I really enjoyed my stay here.. small and intimate hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 3 star hotel and the room was tiny, you won't get to open your luggage, but it was very chic and clean. This was what i expected in paris, so i don't mind.

Quarto sao pequenos, tem poucas comodidades e se estiver no piso mais baixo prepare se porque o metro faz tremer o quarto???? a vantagem deste hotel é ser central a tudo eu nao andei ainda de transportes tenho feito tudo a pe. O pequeno almoço nao é no hotel é num cafe famoso aqui perto pelo que se desejarem aquele pequenos almoços continentais nao é o sitio. Eu nao amei a limpeza do quarto nao ta sujo nem porco mas tb nao tem aquele brilho wc com po entre outros. Mas da para viver . O staff é muito simpatico.

I had the most appalling experience of my life at this hotel. We booked two rooms: one had a broken AC, which management knew about but lied to us about, only admitting the truth later. The other room had sewage leaking from the ceiling in the middle of the night. Despite being fully booked, the hotel offered no solutions, forcing us to find a new place to stay at 2 AM on our own. Management has ignored our emails, and we are still waiting for any response regarding our refund claims. The AC issue was acknowledged but never addressed, while the sewage incident has been met with complete silence. We’ve now escalated this to http://Booking.com for dispute resolution. I would never return to this establishment and wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Vantaggi:
- Posizione centralissima per spostarsi in tranquillità a parigi
- Prezzo competitivo
- Letto comodissimo
- Aria condizionata in camera

Svantaggi:
- stanze davvero molto piccole, difficile sistemare i bagagli
- doccia molto piccola, con perdite di acqua dalla doccia al pavimento
- mancanza del frigobar (in estate sarebbe utile)
- scale molto strette e scomode
- ascensore minuscolo e sporco

Nel complesso, per il prezzo pagato, l'esperienza può definirsi positiva.
