The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in; even after asking for a mattress topper it was no better. No fridge or tea/coffee facilities in the room & no restaurant or room service. Majority of staff were very junior meaning they were not able to assist when asking for basic things (eg a large taxi to take 4 plus bags). ‘Do not disturb’ sign on door was also ignored by reception staff who called every time it was left on — anyone doing so is aware that this may mean housekeeping do not come; beware if you have jet lag or are trying to relax during the day. If I had not stayed here for business I would have left a lot sooner than I did.
