The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and polite. They spoke English well and went out of their way to assist us whenever needed, which we really appreciated.
The only downside was the breakfast. We tried it for one day, but unfortunately, the food wasn't fresh, and the lady serving us had some difficulty communicating in English. However, this didn’t detract much from our stay, as there are plenty of great boulangeries nearby with delicious breakfast options.
I’d definitely recommend Hôtel Baume, just maybe skip the breakfast and explore the neighborhood instead!
The hotel is fantastic, the rooms are very clean and people that work there are very gentle
El barrio en el que está situado es muy tranquilo, apenas hay ruido. El personal del hotel es atento, profesional y muy simpático. Me gustaría destacar a las chicas del desayuno, muy amables! De recepción hay un chico que sabe hablar tanto castellano, como inglés, francés e incluso catalán, muy amable también!
El personal de limpieza es muy atento y cuidadoso.
Experiencia 10/10.
