Asked them to use the restroom to wash my face because of allergies and they said no…literally the only place to do so, hospitality at its finest ????????

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent directions, recommendations, and assistance with reservations. Our one-bedroom suite was fully equipped, featuring a comfortable bed with high-quality linens. The morning breakfast featured a wide assortment of options, including a delicious omelet. In the afternoon and evening, the bar area offered coffee, tea, wine, and champagne, creating a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a day of shopping, sightseeing, and enjoying Paris.

This little boutique hotel near the heart of Paris is a lovely gem. Although the rooms are small, they are well appointed with one of the most comfortable beds in which we’ve ever slept. Initially, I wished that the tub/shower combo was just a walk-in shower, but after a long day walking all over Paris, a nice soak in the large tub was delightful. They even provided bath salts! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Complimentary drinks in the lounge at the end of the day was icing on the cake. When next in Paris, we will definitely return to this gem of a hotel!

My husband and I had the most fabulous anniversary stay at Esprit. When we first walked in, it immediately felt like a home away from home. The location is amazing, decor is exceptional but the most special part of this hotel is the staff. They bent over backwards to take special care of us and helped us in countless ways. They even gave us a breakfast basket when we had an early flight! Thank you Esprit for a magical Parisian experience!

Lovely Hotel in every way. Staff were a delight for our 5 day stay and we enjoyed starting our day with the breakfast immensely. Room was spacious enough and very elegant. Impressed with how quiet our room was. Would highly recommend and will definitely choose this hotel for our next stay.

This hotel is an absolute gem. An elegant, boutique hotel on a quiet street in a great location in Saint Germain. The staff was extremely helpful, and all took on the role of concierge in giving us advice, making reservations and recommendations, securing tickets, etc. The living room area was a great spot for a drink or to enjoy the wonderful breakfast buffet. Our room was gorgeous, and I've never had a maid who provided that level of cleaning and detailing. A perfect choice for a hotel in Paris, particularly for couples.

The front desk staff was excellent and was most accommodating and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the bar/breakfast room and the complimentary wine and cheese was perfect on our first day after lengthy travel. The location was most convenient and we would stay again.

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and the entire staff made our experience so very special! Thank You for everything ❤️ Paris has always been in our heart now we have a favorite place to stay when we return. The breakfast was excellent and enjoyed relaxing in the afternoon with a glass of wine ????

The hotel exceeded expectations. The staff was very professional and friendly. They help with reservations and don't make you feel dumb for asking dumb questions. | They laugh with you. Breakfast was good. Champaign flowed all day. The neighborhood has an amazing park and is a short walk to the must-see attractions but still in a quaint area. Good cafes and restaurants are just steps away.

I cannot imagine a better place in Paris to stay. Staff was attentive and generous with help--restaurants, shopping, spa, etc. Their recommendations were always perfect. And the hotel was everything we'd hoped: luxurious, clean, safe, and perfectly located in the heart of the 7th arrondissement, making it within walking distance to nearly every main attraction. We met people there who'd been staying at the ESG for twenty years! We know why.

This was the most incredible boutique hotel. My family and I (husband, 12 year old daughter, 9 year old son) had the best time. We stayed for 6 nights and by the end it felt like we knew all the staff well. The Breakfast was delicious and having an open bar in the afternoon and a “soft” bar of beverages available 24/7 was such a luxury. The hotel rooms were clean and cozy. Our room had a balcony which made it feel like we were living in Paris! Can’t recommend this hotel enough! We definitely will be back!!!

This little boutique hotel is in a grand location of Paris. Very near many nice little bistros, shopping, historic sites, and, importantly the Luxembourg Gardens. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The dining room and sitting areas downstairs are quite comfortable and inviting and it’s so much fun to have a glass of wine or a cocktail there.

La notation 5 étoiles semble un brin exagérée, c’est toutefois un bon 4 étoiles au service chaleureux et agréable avec une situation idéale au cœur du sixième arrondissement. Petit déjeuner correct sans plus (un supplément est demandé pour des œufs : mesquin) sinon chambres propres et tranquilles, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Pour finir et c’est un bon point : le wifi est performant !

This is truly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The attention to detail from the staff did not go unnoticed. Not only was the hotel incredibly beautiful, but the details made our stay truly exceptional. Every afternoon they offer wine and champagne and in the afternoon they had wonderful hot chocolate. The breakfast was also incredible and offered a taste of local and delicious bites. Every detail was of superior quality. I will be coming back to this hotel time and time again whenever I'm visiting Paris.

Every time I travel to Paris I stay at the Esprit Saint Germain. It truly feels like my home away from home. The team has put so much love and effort into making sure every little detail is perfect. For example, they have a snack bar with champagne and beverages which you can enjoy in front of the fireplace, along with hotel chocolate served with French pastries. The rooms are beautiful and you couldn't ask for a better location. Can't wait to be back again soon!

This was my second time staying at Hôtel Esprit Saint Germain, and I honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Paris. The service is incredible - warm, personal, and thoughtful in a way that makes you feel truly taken care of. It’s the kind of place that feels more like a home than a hotel.

The location is PERFECT-just a 10-minute walk from the Seine and surrounded by amazing restaurants, cafés, and shops. You’re right in the heart of Saint-Germain, so everything feels close and convenient, but the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful.

If you’re looking for a cozy, elegant, and welcoming place to stay in Paris, this is it. Can’t wait to come back again!

L'hôtel est confortable, la chambre (supérieure club) suffisamment spacieuse pour un couple, toutefois la salle de bains est exigüe. Le service est aimable et efficace, très prévenant. Nous avons apprécié la gratuité des boissons, les fleurs dans la chambre, le salon, l'atmosphère. Une réserve sur la salle du petit déjeuner dont les sièges sont trop bas.

Hotel é maravilhoso e muito bem localizado. Camas macias e travesseiros também. A partir das 17h, eles oferecem um brunch que vai ate as 23h com bebidas incluídas. |A comida do restaurante poderia melhorar. Mas como existem inúmeros restaurantes perto, comer no hotel não precisa ser uma opção. A não ser que seja nos finais de semana, quando os restaurantes ficam cheios.
