Nice hotel in a very accessible area, with lots of good restaurants nearby. Very clean room, comfy beds, good shower, windows that actually open properly, a plentiful cold breakfast buffet and helpful staff. On previous visits I've stayed in hotels on the other side of the river but this is far and away the best location (and food offerings!) and I very much hope to come back again soon.

There is very little redeeming about this hotel other than the location. It was undoubtedly the smallest room that I've ever been in. The so-called balcony was more like a ledge than a balcony (had to climb out a window and not suitable to sit on.

El hotel no es lo que esperaba y No llega a la calidad de 4 estrellas. El personal fue amable y las habitaciones son prolijas pero demasiado pequeñas y el baño muy incómodo. El personal de limpieza está casi todo el día en los diminutos pasillos con sus bolsas y demás, dificultando el paso. Y finalmente el día que nos fuimos nos dimos cuenta que nos habíamos olvidado algo en la habitación, ese mismo día unas horas más tarde les enviamos un mail para avisarles, a lo cual nos respondieron que no habían encontrado nada. Insistimos en el tema ya que estamos seguros que quedó allí y ya no volvimos a tener respuesta por su parte.

Room is clean, neat but a bit small: it is difficult to house 2 luggage. Housekeeping was not perfect as some items ran out but not replenished on time. There was a lamp out of order for a few days. Location is very good.
