Supreme hospitality, perfect location, pleasant amenities. Loved the coffee, croissants, and fresh sparkling water in the lobby, bed and pillows were comfy, and rain shower was refreshing. The staff - Sanjay the concierge, plus the front desk crew - were always pleasant, delighted to help with any question or inquiry, and made you feel welcome.

Truly wonderful hotel, from the installations to the staff. The staff was very welcoming and always looked to help or answer any doubt sor recommendations. At the lobby the receive you with croissants, coffee or tea, or with still or sparkling water, which usually is not offered in hotels, even in 5 stars in which I have stayed. The rooms are small but are very cozy and have this retro inspired theme. Personally, I had a medical situation and had to go the hospital and they were super collaborative calling a taxi, giving us information and just being pendant. I had already planned to had check out this day and they let me stay a couple of hours after check out, no charge because of this. I can't thank them enough for this, because when something like this happens, is when you can really see how attentive a hotel can be, and they were truly wonderful. The area is amazing, with tons of restaurants and cafes, shops and with 3 metro stations near. Definitively, the best option to stay in Saint Germain Des Pres area.

The hotel and room felt clean and modern. What made the experience|Premium was the great customer service! The front desk was warm and welcoming and the head concierge, Sanjay, was super helpful with making reservations and giving us recommendations. His attention to detail made the experience smooth and enjoyable! I would stay here again the next time I go back to Paris. Great location as well.
