LE CLOS MEDICIS ^{* * *}

This hotel is not at all trustworthy!
We arrived on Sunday, April 20th. We went up to our room, cleaned up, and decided to leave, leaving our luggage, which was supposedly safe. To our surprise, when we returned about four hours later, my husband decided to start cleaning and realized that some collectible bills and coins with a lot of sentimental value had been stolen from our backpack! The point is that the hotel did absolutely NOTHING, not even conducting a small investigation with its staff, which leaves us wondering if they are involved with the thieves!
It's a shame, because it's well-located and clean!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Llegamos el domingo 20 de abril. Subimos a nuestra habitación, nos limpiamos y decidimos irnos, dejando nuestro equipaje, que se suponía que estaba seguro. Para nuestra sorpresa, cuando regresamos unas cuatro horas después, mi esposo decidió comenzar a limpiar y se dio cuenta de que ¡nos habían robado de la mochila billetes y monedas coleccionables con gran valor sentimental! El hecho es que el hotel no hizo absolutamente NADA, ni siquiera una pequeña investigación entre su personal, lo que nos deja preguntándonos si están involucrados con los ladrones!
¡Es una pena porque está bien ubicado y limpio!
¡NO LO RECOMIENDO!

Lamentablemente sus palabras no son correctas, léase y entiéndase que NUNCA tuvimos el apoyo ni ningún tipo de empatía hacia nosotros ni al problema del robo, solo ahora se han manifestado por mi resiente reseña hacia el hotel!
Que quede muy claro, que nosotros NO ESTAMOS BUSCADO NINGUN TIPO DE REMUNERACIÓN, solo queremos nuestras pertenencias de regreso!
AVISO para los nuevos huéspedes que desean hospedarse en sus instalaciones que se mantengan atentos y vigilantes de sus pertenencias dejadas en las habitaciones, porque NO ESTÁN SEGURAS en un 100%!

Unfortunately, your words are not correct. Please read and understand that we have NEVER had any support or empathy for us or the theft problem. They have only now expressed their support due to my recent review of the hotel!
Let it be very clear that we are NOT LOOKING FOR ANY TYPE OF COMPENSATION; we just want our belongings back!
NOTICE to new guests who wish to stay at your property: please be vigilant and keep an eye on your belongings left in the rooms, as they are NOT 100% SAFE!

I was robbed at this hotel. Someone with a key to my room got in and took items worth more than $ 600 from me. The management at the hotel has not done anything to recover what was taken from me. They ruined my trip to Paris. Keep away from this hotel

L'accueil a malheureusement été froid et distant tout au long des trois jours que nous y avons séjourné. Nous avions réservé une "chambre supérieure" à partir des photos de leur site. Ne vous y fiez pas, la réalité est bien différente. On nous a dit nous avoir fourni une "chambre de luxe" qui était sans âme et sans charme, comme le reste de l'établissement, dommage! L'insonorisation y est complètement déficiente. Des voisins bruyants, arrivés à 2:30 du matin, ont gâché notre 2e nuit. Avons dû aller en bas réveiller le gardien qui dormait et n'entendait pas le téléphone. Le petit déjeuner, plutôt ordinaire, est servi dans une salle minuscule. |Seul l'emplacement est excellent, de nombreux sites touristiques sont accessibles à pied, de même que le REM vers l'aéroport Charles-de-Gaulle.|Première expérience au Clos Médicis, mais la dernière...|Souvenez-vous de la citation de David Swanson: "Vous n'aurez jamais une deuxième chance de faire une bonne première impression".

Great location, nice hotel. Ideal for short stays.
