My boyfriend and I had a WONDERFUL stay at Hotel Dame! The hospitality was out of this world from the moment we checked in. Erwin the concierge was top notch! He made us reservations for 2 fabulous dinners and an amazing wine tasting! His recommendations for drinks, different style of foods, things to do, etc. was outstanding! The front desk staff was great as well! They made arrangements for our taxi to the airport as well as any other methods of transport we needed throughout our trip. The location of this hotel was perfect and the rooftop view was magical with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. Hotel Dame is an absolute must when you come to Paris!

A clean, comfortable hotel in a great location for visiting sites on the Left Bank. Outstanding service. Knowledgeable staff who went out of their way to help us with reservations at museums and restaurants. Excellent breakfast buffet. Wonderful amenities: my family enjoyed working out in the gym in the mornings, and I enjoyed the rooftop view in the evenings. The concierge helped me plan my time in Paris on a daily basis. I recommend this hotel highly. I do speak French but found the staff could easily communicate in English. I felt as though they took a personal interest in making my stay in Paris pleasant.

Amazing stay at Hotel Dames des Arts! Stayed 3 nights to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Early check-in, room service, dinner reservations and an in-room birthday surprise all arranged by the thoughtful and knowledgeable staff. No detail was overlooked and each member was accommodating. Thank you to Erwin, Marta and the woman at the front desk that wrote the birthday card for my daughter (I am sorry I forgot her name).

The hotel itself is small, but beautifully designed. One cannot beat the location as it was easy to walk to most tourist attractions around the Louvre and Notre Dame. Also, wonderfully close to restaurants and shopping in St. Germaine de Pres. We had a signature room with a king bed and it was well appointed with amenities - toiletries, slippers, coffee machine, storage under the bed, windows that open, and plenty of plugs for electronics.

Also, their rooftop has an amazing view of Paris. While there was no service during our stay we were able to go up and take in the view. It is not to be missed, especially at night. If you go at the top of the hour, you can get great pictures of the twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower.

One of the best places to stay in Paris. The service is amazing, the stuff is super caring. My husband had his birthday and they made a surprise in our room with a cake and little gifts.

Highly recommend staying here! The hotel is in a perfect location, rooms are very clean, hotel bar has delicious drinks - especially the espresso martini! To top it all off the concierge, Erwin is the absolute best!! He is so kind and gave us amazing recommendations for places to eat, things to do, and places to see while we were there! I already can't wait to go back to Paris and stay at this hotel !

My stay was absolutely perfect! My mom booked the room for me by contacting Alice who was very nice and accommodating. The room was gorgeous, beautifully designed and there was plenty of space to move around - it had a balcony as well which looked right on to the street surrounded by other gorgeous buildings. The location is also perfect as it's very central but not too noisy, and there are several metro stops around the corner. However, I have to say that even with all those great features, by far the best of all was the service. Every single staff member is so so kind! Particularly Rémi who did the check-in for me and helped me print some papers I needed. He was always very attentive and helpful. Noemi also was so kind as to stow away my luggage for a couple hours after my check-out so I could walk around the city without having to drag it around. The rest of the staff as well is so friendly - it really made all the difference. Should I come back to Paris, there is no doubt that I will stay again at the Hôtel Dame des Arts.

We stayed at HDDA in February and it was simply wonderful! Beautiful hotel, amazing staff and perfect location. A huge thanks to everyone as we really took over the lobby at times feeding / playing with William.

Don’t think twice and book your stay at this hotel! My husband and I stayed in the terrace room with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. The facilities were immaculate and clean. What made the stay perfect was the service provided by Erwin and Tania! From food recommendations, booking our dinner reservations prior to our arrive to the upmost detail and care to our room. We can not fault our stay. Some delightful touches included our room decorated for our honeymoon, chocolates upon arrival and a mini-fridge full of complimentary drinks. I can go on and on. Cannot wait to come back and stay here again! Thank you for the memorable experience in Paris Hotel Dame Des Arts!!

I spent a few nights here on a solo trip to Paris and absolutely loved everything about the hotel! Remy from the front desk was so welcoming with check-in and assured me that my room had a lovely view. The rooms are cozy and clean, with a lovely attention to a traveler’s needs with a Nespresso machine and other small details that are so appreciated! I had breakfast and dinner here and would absolutely recommend for any travelers with an early morning to do so! The drinks were lovely and I thought I would feel uncomfortable dining alone but my server Monir was so kind and accommodated my dairy-free dietary restriction (a huge merci to Monir!) to make sure I had a pleasant meal. I ordered the salad and the tacos and absolutely enjoyed them both!

Encontramos esse hotel pelo Booking e decidimos arriscar.. o resultado não poderia ter sido mais positivo! Antes mesmo da viagem o concierge Erwin esteve em contato com a minha secretária, se colocando sempre à disposição e nos ajudando com reservas em restaurantes super concorridos.
