3 nuits parfaites chez Madame Su et Jérôme. Merci pour votre accueil, le confort de la villa, autant notre chambre familiale (superbe),que la piscine, le bar et la cuisine de Suriporn qui etait excellente!!! Le cours de cuisine solo pour mon conjoint était exceptionnel, le massage thaï pour moi super!|La villa est à une vingtaine de minutes du centre de Chiang Mai, bolt ou grab propose les transferts, également des connaissances de la villa reservable à l'avance. Un séjour dépaysant, ressourçant et enrichissant en tout point!! Merci à vous nos hôtes plus que sympathiques !!

The location was ok but the room was a shoe box! We couldn’t even walk around the bed. No room for our suitcases!!! No coffee maker in room or in lobby as stated on website. No hairdryer, no iron, and torn towels in the bathroom! The breakfast service was very slow and inattentive. Only 1 water bottle in room for 5 nights. This shouldn’t be a 4 star hotel. I have stayed in 3 star hotels that are better! Very disappointed, we spent too much for this room!

We stayed here for three nights and it was an amazing experience. The staff was very kind and professional, the rooms where tidy every time we came back and the breakfast was tasty. The hotel is located in a calm neighborhood and it is relatively quite at night. About 10 mins. Walk from Notre Dame and public transport is about 3-5 mins walk. I would definitely recommend staying here and if I'll go back to Paris I will stay here again.

We’ve been to Paris several times and decided to try Villa Madame and a new neighborhood. We were generally satisfied with our room. The beds and pillows are, indeed comfortable. But we did hear the school children all day in their enclosed city school yard when we were in our room. The hotel is tired in areas, the rugs on the stairs, some chipped painted trim here and there. While we were not thrilled turning our key in every time we left, we got used to it.
The housekeeping staff was very good. They always had our room done by early afternoon and did a meticulous cleaning.
All in all, the neighborhood was a bit busy at times with traffic and noise despite being a couple of blocks from the park.

Nos estamos alojando actualmente en el Hotel Villa Madame y esta es nuestra segunda estadía. La primera vez fue excelente, pero en esta ocasión, al llegar anoche (6/10/2024), nos encontramos con una gran diferencia entre las dos habitaciones que nos asignaron: una está en buen estado, pero la otra es un verdadero desastre. La puerta de la habitación prácticamente no tiene espacio para abrirse correctamente, apenas se puede mover y no permite el paso cómodo. Además, no hay espacio suficiente para colocar las maletas, y mucho menos para moverse dentro de la habitación sin chocar con los muebles.
Hemos reclamado en recepción y nos dijeron que el libro de quejas es digital, pero no hemos recibido ninguna solución.
La ubicación del hotel es excelente, pero la calidad de las habitaciones claramente depende de cuál te asignen. Lamentablemente, el servicio no está a la altura en esta ocasión.
Esperamos una respuesta rápida y un cambio de habitación, ya que confiábamos en una experiencia mucho mejor, como la que tuvimos en nuestra primera visita.

非常に落ち着いたロケーションで、周囲にはショップやレストランなどがあります。学生街の一角にあり、朝は通学する子供たちや大学生を見かけます。地下鉄も2線使うことができ、移動も便利です。スタッフはとても優しくフレンドリーです。

Very clean, great service 24 hours, excellent air conditioning, great location close to St Germaine de Pres and St Sulpice. Cute internal courtyard for a glass of wine in the late afternoon. Small room but we got used to it. Elevator. Laundry was very expensive but that seems to be the standard. Housekeeping were super friendly and excellent.

The Villa Madame is in a beautiful area of Paris, the 6th arrondissement. The staff was courteous and helpful. We were in close proximity to the metro. It was just a great experience!

The hotel is lovely and every member of staff we met were both warm, welcoming and friendly. Excellent recommendations for places to eat and directions to Metro and landmarks. ||Everywhere was very clean and the bed was so comfortable - air con and coffee maker both great. ||Great location, which is quiet but a short walk to cafes and bars and easy to commute to the tourist attractions.||Would stay there again.

The room 14 was great and spotlessly clean. It smelled wonderful. It was on the first floor, and we had a view of Rue Madame. The area was full of small restaurants and boulangeries that I recommend you try. The breakfast at the hotel was wonderful with many options. Even though I am not a breakfast person, I tried almost everything. I want to make special mention of the two wonderful women who prepared and served breakfast. Their kindness, politeness, smiles, and overall behavior were impeccable and a reason why I might visit again. The housekeeping lady greeted us with a smile. What more do you want from your stay? To feel pleasant. The young man and woman at the reception were very polite. I have no complaints. Everything went smoothly. On the day we checked in, they were painting the hallway leading to the courtyard. A beautiful open courtyard that, if the weather improves, you will be able to enjoy.

Before entering the room, I had some doubts from the comments I had read, so I checked it thoroughly. The mattress and pillows were so comfortable that combined with my tiredness, I fell asleep like a baby as soon as I lay down.

Everyone speaks English, and there will be no communication issues.

We enjoyed five nights at Villa Madame and could not have more pleased. Lovely, clean room and bathroom, and very comfortable bedding. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood location, and a only 7 minute walk to Jardin du Luxembourg, 20 minutes to Notre Dame. Highly recommend!

The manager was so rude and unkind. She has zero sense of hospitality. When I tried to complain or get help regarding my stay she snapped at me and made comments regarding my preferences as well as my budget. When I decided to leave and check out and not extend my stay as discussed for an extra night she did not even bother to apologize for her rudeness or call to offer any consolation. In addition to this, the safe in my room did not work and no one really cared to fix it. Also, there were a few moths in my room and it is clear from the huge ripped carpet marks that they have previously had a moth infestation in that specific room or in the hotel. The radiator in the bathroom was broken and stuffed into the wall held by tissue paper. There were no extra amenities just basic soap. The worse in all this is not even the technical issues, was the bad energy and rude attitude and lack of service and hospitality of the woman who calls herself the "manager" of the hotel. And on top of it all after I left the hotel because of her and moved somewhere else for my last night - she never bothered to respond to any of my phone calls or emails - leading up to this review.

Easy access to metro stops. Walk to small market for basics, as well as restaurants and cafes. ||||Breakfast to order, good food, good choices. ||||Kind and helpful staff, personalized service.||||Other guest reviews mentioned that they disliked leaving the room key upon daily exit. However, as this was a mom/daughter trip, I enjoyed an added layer of security that someone would know if we did not return at the end of a day!

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel idéalement situé dans le quartier St Germain. |Il ne faut rien demander au réceptionniste pour le stationnent, ( une aide pour connaître le parking le plus proche, l’emplacement de l’horodateur) il n’a pas de voiture et vous demande d’aller regarder sur Internet!La chambre était vraiment minuscule. Le couchage était de bonne qualité.|Nous avons attendu 40 minutes pour être servis dans la salle de petit déjeuner. Heureusement, nous n’étions que 5 clients!!!!!!|Pour le tarif très élevé, je pense qu’on peut vraiment trouver mieux!

This is a C rated hotel charging A rated prices. In theory we were booked in the best room in the hotel for 2 nights. When we arrived, they had no one to help us with our luggage. (This was the last leg of a 16 day trip throughout France so we had a reasonable amount of luggage). Our room had zero drawers. There were a few shelves so we couldn't unpack much of are clothes and put the clothes on chairs and tables. The safe and refrigerator were broken. When we notified the front desk we were told that they would look into it the next day. They did not. Therefore, we had to walk around with our valuables and passports for they saw no reason to offer any help. |They will only give us one key which we were required to give them every time we left our room.|The one elevator is very small. I was waiting for the elevator and the housekeeper came over after I had pressed the elevator button and waited. |When the elevator arrived, she got in first and told me that with her cleaning equipment I had to wait for it to return.|Minor complaint- We have stayed in four separate hotels during our stay and this is the first that only has French speaking TV. This would not be a matter to complain about but when you add up the above complaints, it is an additional one.|For $850 a night it is a disgrace for what they offer.

First and last time at this hotel. I was excited to explore this neighborhood and stay at a lovely boutique hotel. Well, what a disappointment: Staff was rude from the minute I set foot at the hotel: I arrived before the check in time, as my 10 hour-flight to Paris had landed in the am. I was not expecting an early check/in but when I asked when the room would be ready I got a proper lecture on how busy they were, and an humiliating rambling about the fact I should have booked one night early, all in a loud voice in front of other clients and he was going. On and on- I do want to underscore that I did email them to enquire about what it would take to get in my room earlier - got no response of course! Also, do I need to say that the hotel was not fully booked! Beyond an unfriendly and moody staff, rooms are *not* quiet and pretty run down (my bathroom’s door painting was chipped, the shower was broken), bathroom amenities are not replaced - when asked, I was told I had to pick them up myself because “he was by himself at the front desk and that they were not heavy” with a smirky smile. Wow! Only thing that blown me away about this so called boutique hotel was how rude and condescending the staff were throughout. There are *so* many better options in Paris. So Do not bother, save yourself some headaches and bad vibes: book somewhere else!

We loved it here. Clean and Chic. The team was super friendly and warm and quite helpful too. Central enough to have access to restaurants and shopping, while the hotel itself is in a very quiet neighborhood.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and spoke very good English, in case that is a concern.

The room was pretty small by American standards, but it had a lot of available bathroom items and reading material for exploring Paris. If you need an iron, you will be given one upon request at the front desk.

For those who want to visit the Eiffel Tower, from this hotel it is a 30-40 minute walk. Depending on the route you take you will see some interesting sights on the way.
