This hotel is nice but it does have some issues|First of all the rooms are tiny try little space to put your luggage etc|I can cope with a tiny room What I found difficult was the horrible perfume they spray when they clean the rooms O am sensitive to chemicals in perfume and I had to keep the doors to the balcony opened to try to get rid of the smell|I did ask the desk attendant to make a note for housekeeping and she assured me she would tell housekeeping |I think if you want to stay here and are sensitive to smells and chemicals like me you may want to contact them ahead of time to ask for no scent to be sprayed in the room|The spa was very nice - you book it for an hour when you think you can use it|There is a great luxury consignment store (Josephine’s) across the street and you can walk to many attractions easily from here

Very friendly staff who were willing to help and thoughtful! Good location to walk to several sites. Unfortunately, the overall hotel experience was disappointing compared with reviews we had read. In general, the hotel could use some repairs and updates (refinish wood, furniture, paint, new carpet, etc). Room was smaller than expected and awkwardly arranged. Shower was good & double windows made for quiet sleep, which was appreciated. Found the elevator slow & pool area downstairs is odd - would be nicer to have a hot tub experience rather than the tepid water temperature. Maybe people enjoy more in summer when it has been a hot day? The breakfast was not worth the cost - awkward to serve self in cramped area and noticed a little mold on outside of some of the rolls. They did offer a variety of meats, cheeses, yogurt, pastries, juices & fruit one day. The strong perfumed smells in shampoo, lotion, etc made them undesirable to use. Recommend considering more neutral odors. This hotel has potential with some modern updates. They arranged airport transportation for us, but it cost 10 euros more than the set rate for taxi to that area. The driver was on time and friendly, although it was a basic car.

I was very excited to stay here! But horrible service and fraudulent behavior: I booked a room for some nights here, they blocked money on my account as security deposit (which was perfect fine), but then they repeatedly tried to book this amount of money again from my credit card (which my provider denied). Then they cancelled my booking and are currently holding the security deposit. All for a 100% cancellable reservation.

Here for a quick 3 days and it was the perfect location. The staff is willing to help with anything. The breakfast was quality and just what you need before heading out for the day. The rooms are nicely appointed and the cleaning staff is doing an excellent job.

We stayed for 4 nights with our 19 year old daughter and stayed in rooms501 and 601. Whilst the rooms are compact they have everything you need and the small balconies in our rooms provide somewhere to sit and chill.|The bathrooms both had effective walk in showers, hairdryers etc and there is a safe in the bedroom a long with a tv.|The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are quiet and we slept well every night.|The rooms, towels and bedding were spotlessly clean.|Breakfast was excellent and you just helped yourselves.|The basement spa pool is small but is perfect after a hard days walking and sightseeing. |The hotel is full of character and constantly reminds you that you are somewhere special and very Parisian- we loved it.|The hotel location is great the tourist spots and we walked everywhere. ( the weather was warm and sunny so this just made it a perfect stay ).|Next door to the hotel is a small deli that stays open late into the evening and sold delicious fresh goodies.Our daughter treated herself each evening.|We would highly recommend the hotel and all of the staff we encountered were extremely professional, helpful and very friendly.|When we return to Paris we will definitely stay at the Hotel DaVinci again.
