I went for the filet steak, ordered medium with béarnaise and fries. The meat itself was good quality, but it came out well done, which was a shame. And the béarnaise had split — surprising, honestly, as you’d expect basics like that to be spot on in a place like this.
Luckily, dessert made up for it — the chocolate mousse was perfect. All in all, the place has real potential, they just need to nail the fundamentals better.
