这家 Bouillon Chartier 酒店于 1903 年开业，1924 年售出，后来多次更名，2019 年才恢复原名。新艺术风格的餐厅环境非常独特，餐厅的陶瓷餐具由路易-特雷泽尔（Louis Trézel）设计。鸡蛋蛋黄酱、梭子鱼汁、鸭肉煨菜、酸菜、巧克力慕斯、米饭布丁......几乎没有一道经典法式菜肴缺席。不过要提醒您的是，用餐时需要排队。

Nous étions 5, Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille. L'accueil et le service étaient parfaits. Marvin N° 10, était à l'écoute, fort sympathique et empathique.

Food was average. Nothing extraordinary. Cool architecture but nothing you don’t see elsewhere. The worst service I’ve experienced anywhere in France. Had to ask several times and wait over 20 minutes for them to take my payment. I wasn’t the only one. And other customers were being served in less time. Seems like they forget about half their customers. And they had the audacity to ask for a tip on the credit card machine after all this!

Friendly but careless service. The beef tongue dish came with mashed potatoes and was quite good but not the sauce.
The chicken dish was extremely dry and flavorless. The fries that came with it were much better. Unable to eat the chicken after the second bite. The waiter saw the uneaten chicken and didn’t ask what was wrong. I guess he wasn’t surprised.
