2022 年，30 多岁的亚历克斯（Alex）和亚瑟（Arthur）接管了夏雷特餐厅，使其焕然一新。二人保留了餐厅的装饰风格--红黑色调、木质和大理石吧台，尤其是由附近美术学校学生创作的壁画--他们还设法为餐厅注入了欢快的气氛，尤其是在晚上，小菜和鸡尾酒让人流连忘返。午餐时间则较为安静，当地画廊的老板们与游客和闺蜜们在此闲聊。这里的食物很经典（蛋黄酱蛋、肉类、羊角面包、沙拉......），但新鲜美味。

We revisited this place on our latest trip to Paris in September.
Once again it exceeded our expectations!
This time we had the rump steak and croque monsieur. Both were beautifully cooked!
Service was as ever fantastic!
We visited this place three times during our time in Paris as it was very close to were we were staying.
Two lovely wonderful guys run the place and are funny, personable and speak excellent English too!
The plat su jour we tried was excellent, good portion and freshly prepared.
The drinks were excellent also.
Prices were very competitive and offered really good value for money.
We look forward to visiting again on our next Parisian trip.
