Long story short and to echo previous reviews: service at Paul Chêne is a disaster and there are numerous tastier + fairer value for money restaurants in the Cherche-Midi street than Paul Chêne.

After looking at quite a few restaurants near our hotel, we chose Paul Chene. We are so glad we did! One recommendation, if you are normally used to being waited on quickly and getting in and out fast, I do not recommend this restaurant. This is an experience. The service is great, but not fast. It is a small restaurant and the food seems to be prepared by table. It was fantastic and the value is even better. I highly recommend having a relaxing dinner at Paul Chene. Make sure you ask for Bobby!

Bistrot servant une cuisine gourmande et savoureuse. Les œufs mayo étaient parfaitement cuits avec les jaunes encore un peu crémeux, une mayonnaise maison maîtrisée, une saucisse de qualité accompagnée de sa purée généreusement beurrée.
Une cuisine simple et maîtrisée.
Seul bémol, des prix un peu trop élevés sûrement justifiés par le quartier.
