Believe the hype but also kinda don’t. The waitresses are lovely and service is fast but the food is just ok. The meat is tender and juicy but the portions sizes are too small you don’t get enough meat to justify the €29.

We arrived at ~7pm and there was a 20 min wait in line which moved reasonably quickly with an efficient front of house. The ambience indoors was lively and very Parisian. It was a tight seating arrangement but we found this was common across Paris.

The chips and sauce were amazing! The sauce had a lot of depth and a slight herbaceous flavour. The only let down was the quality of the steak. I ordered a rare steak which still had a slight chew.

Overall, good dining experience 7.8/10.

If you’re looking for a unique and focused dining experience, this restaurant offers just that. The menu features only one main dish: their signature steak served with a special house sauce. The meal begins with a round of fresh green lettuce salad, followed by a first serving of three small but flavorful steak pieces with plenty of crispy fries. Then, without needing to reorder, a second round of steak and fries is served as part of the standard experience.

Desserts are available at an additional cost, and typically one dessert is enough to share between two people. The house wine is of good quality and seems to be carefully selected to complement the flavor of the main dish perfectly.

Overall, this is a well-balanced and memorable experience, with a minimal menu that focuses on quality and taste.
