由Chartier兄弟在1906年开办的这家小餐厅“Bouillon Racine（拉辛肉汤店）”有着浓郁的异国风情。坐落在6区拉辛大街路旁，温柔的灯光，非洲和亚洲的气氛，混合的菜单把我们领入从日本到澳大利亚；从非洲到北美洲；从安地列斯群岛到泰国，美食之旅跨越了整个地球。咖喱、香菜、柠檬等佐料的香气与鸡肉、鱼肉还有蔬菜相结合。厨师根据不同季节而特意准备的新菜更是挑逗着我们的味蕾。为了让大家都满意，非洲－东方盘混合了两个大陆的特色前菜。如果您更喜欢东方菜，东方香料的炒鸡蛋将是不错的选择。然而，如果更遥远的异国风味更吸引您，那么点泰式金枪鱼鞑靼配绿柠檬和芝麻，还可以点鳕鱼排和咖喱蔬菜或牛肉蔬菜炒面。周日有两种早午餐：一种“起床”早午餐（孜然炒鸡蛋，tchoutchouka，Zaalouk，豆沙），另一种是“睡觉”早午餐（煎鸡蛋配培根，鳄梨酱和玉米片），都配有面包、黄油、果酱、糕点、玛黑兄弟茶、咖啡、自制巧克力、橙汁等。

Excellnte cuisine, lieu agréable, parfait pour passer un très bon moment entre amis tout en dégustant une très bonne cuisine avec de très bons vins.

We had an odd experience here.
We booked and received confirmation at Bar du Bouillon but when we arrived, found it closed and that they switched us to their main, more formal restaurant, without prior notice. We had planned for cocktails and light eats but decided to dine in the main restaurant anyway.
The food was good, and we would have happily adapted to the switch, except that the service was off. The staff seemed unhappy and we noticed some tensions between the severs and manager. It could have been an issue of overbooking if the Bar redirected all their reservations to the main restaurant, and it made us feel uncomfortable and not able to enjoy our evening.
