餐馆提供的菜肴每天根据市场和厨师的心情而变化。
东洋中山是服装设计师高田贤三的前私人厨师。他有一位女助理：中山洋子。在餐馆入口，有一幅设计师签名的画，证明两人的密切关系。他的灵感主要是法日烹调相结合，最拿手的是做鱼和海鲜（两人份的日本海鲜饭非常好吃），再加上一些高质量的牛肉片。看着一盘盘的菜，我们明白了为什么设计师如此依恋他，他做出了犹如伟大艺术般的菜肴：骨髓鸡汤馄饨、西葫芦酿墨鱼、蔬菜料理、糖浆喝香料、糖汁香料梨，热焦糖汁......根据季节和厨师的心情，菜单每天变化。周一晚餐是日版白色菜单......葡萄酒是经过精心挑选的，有价格适中的，也有名庄名酒。环境质朴、明亮，装饰令人愉快，几张餐桌和一个大的吧台。

Exceptional really is the correct word to describe Toyo!
And when you compare the price with other Parisian tasting menus, the quality of the food is remarkable. Beautiful wine list! They were also able to make adjustments for food allergies (replacing nuts with generous slices of truffle for example).

Exceptional food, and excellent service. Japanese aesthetic and approach to preparation and presentation, with a touch of Parisian panache and ingredients to make it a unique combination. We really enjoyed our meal here - a refreshing change to classic Parisian dining (which of course we also love :)
