餐馆提供的菜肴每天根据市场和厨师的心情而变化。
东洋中山是服装设计师高田贤三的前私人厨师。他有一位女助理：中山洋子。在餐馆入口，有一幅设计师签名的画，证明两人的密切关系。他的灵感主要是法日烹调相结合，最拿手的是做鱼和海鲜（两人份的日本海鲜饭非常好吃），再加上一些高质量的牛肉片。看着一盘盘的菜，我们明白了为什么设计师如此依恋他，他做出了犹如伟大艺术般的菜肴：骨髓鸡汤馄饨、西葫芦酿墨鱼、蔬菜料理、糖浆喝香料、糖汁香料梨，热焦糖汁......根据季节和厨师的心情，菜单每天变化。周一晚餐是日版白色菜单......葡萄酒是经过精心挑选的，有价格适中的，也有名庄名酒。环境质朴、明亮，装饰令人愉快，几张餐桌和一个大的吧台。

We had a perfect dinner here. This place will provide the best combination of the two food culture French and Japanese. The vegetable is very light and fresh I could feel the spring. The rice with Japanese curry is perfect balance, especially sweet and rice flavour of the rice. The mushroom soup is refreshing, but also with very nice mushroom flavour. I like the service, clean, fast, and gentle. I like the decoration, simple but with all the detail design. If you like try food, this is the place you should try when you visit Paris. I am really grateful of the experience that night, and also I would really love to try it out the new restaurant in Shanghai

Exceptionnel ! nous étions installé au bar ce qui permet une expérience encore plus immersive. je ne peux donc que recommander de vous installer face au chef et de vous laisser embarquer

Absolutely wow. Simple ingredients but what flavors!!! Bring some time. The menu Toyo took us 4 hours. But it’s absolutely worth it!!!
