Très bon établissement ! La nourriture était bonne. Le bouillon était très bon pour les deux plats. Pour les gyoza en entrée, je trouve qu’ils étaient beaucoup trop petits. Dans d’autres établissements, ils sont d’une taille plus grande. Alors c’était étonnant.
Mais sinon tout était super. Le service et l’ambiance étaient tous les deux top !

Pas mal. A london comme à Paris. Je prends toujours le ramen classique, avec extra portion de porc et l’œuf mollet. C'est sensé être à base d'un bouillon de porc alors y mettre du poisson voire carrément rien d'animal, mais quelle idée !
Il est possible de choisir la cuisson des nouilles.
C'est trop salé et c'est trop gras. Petit plaisir fast-food coupable, de temps en temps.

Après avoir goûté, je ne touche plus aux à cotés : beaucoup trop gras (les gyozas) ou bien un désagréable goût "chimique" (les octopus balls).

Le service : à part vous hurler bonjour et au revoir (oui, je sais, traditionnel), inexistant. C'est à dire qu'on prend votre commande, on vous sert et on attend que vous dégagiez pour laisser la place aux suivants.

Ippudo never disappoints. The ramen here is consistently excellent — rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and toppings that are always fresh and balanced. It's the kind of place you can count on whether it's your first visit or your tenth.

The service is also worth mentioning — friendly, fast, and super attentive without being overbearing. Even when it gets busy, the staff keeps things moving smoothly, and you feel genuinely taken care of.

Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving a solid bowl of ramen.
