Very rude restaurant manager and not kid’s friendly at all
Extremely rude staff
I’m very shocked that am americsn brand such as Ralph appoint such a horrible restaurant manager.
Happy to propose few names for them to learn customer experience
Rude is not luxury its for the new rich desperate wanna be.

horrible service! we ordered 2 cappucinos and waited a whole 30 minutes! we wanted to drink our coffee inside so we sat, yet the woman who works there brought us our coffees in a to go cup. Her excuse was that were no cups left??? what café doesnt have cups anymore?? go wash them??? very rude woman. she could have atleast told us beforehand or something. I wasnt okay with this so i wanted my money back, yet she resisted and ignored me and went to the other clients. i left the coffee there and left. this lady is very much ruining the ralph lauren brand!

On a commandé un hot chocolate après un fil d’attente de 30 mint
Et la manager du café nous a mal parlé et servis ! Nous a coupé la parole avec des gestes irrespectueuse avec son main ! ????
Nous a dit ya plus de chocolat chaud apres qu’on a payé !
Et elle a servi des gens juste après nous (derrières nous dans la queue d’attente chocolat chaud !!! )
Je comprends pas pourquoi ! Et en demandant l’information et la solution justement par rapport au payement qu’on a effectué elle nous a coupé la parole en levant la main au face ! Avec des grimaces irrespectueuses !!!!! )

J'ai réservé pour mon anniversaire et l'ai signalé dans le questionnaire de résa. L'accueil est inexistant, On ne nous a pas dit bonjour, la personne à l'accueil pestait avec des manteaux, ne nous a pas proposé de vestiaire et nous a conduits à toute vitesse à notre table. Pas plus d'au revoir en partant. Le service à table était parfait en revanche. Pas un mot, pas un geste pour l'anniversaire. Les mets sont bons mais ne valent pas le prix. L'expérience a été décevante, je ne reviendrai pas.

The cafe is veryyyyy small where u can’t even sit with 5 ppl so the restaurant is ok but the cafe no cuz is very small
