Endroit pas cosy, tapas sans intérêt et pas très savoureuses. Erreur dans les commandes. Expérience très mitigée qu'on ne réitérera pas.

Came for a friends birthday, she had booked the bar for cocktails, appetizers and music. Turns out there’s no DJ at all, instead we were made to sit upstairs in the dining room and told we had to order the gastronomic tasting menu at 75€ each. We explained the situation but it was very poorly handled, the waiter was rude and then just disappeared after taking a few drink orders. We told them we’d still order cocktails and food à la carte, and his colleague did his best to take care of us, but the food took forever to come and it wasn’t even that good! Not to mention the price. By the end of the night, the birthday girl was stressed and disappointed that her guests wouldn’t be having fun and it was just a tense atmosphere all around. I don’t recommend Bazurto at all, but I do hope they figure out a better plan for larger groups and make the info online clear regarding what is and what is not possible.

Très déçue par l'expérience. J'avais réservé au bar pour une ambiance décontractée, mais nous avons été déplacés sans prévenir au restaurant gastronomique. Service lent et peu accueillant. DJ annulé sans nous informer. La nourriture était bonne, mais l'ambiance a gâché la soirée.

Very disappointed with the experience. I had booked in the bar area for a relaxed atmosphere, but we were moved without notice to the formal dining room. Slow and unfriendly service. The DJ was canceled without informing us. The food was good, but the overall atmosphere ruined the evening.

Au bout de 30min, on a plié. Le barman était depassé, il était seul à gérer. Il s’est excusé mais ce n’est pas de sa faute.
Très déçue ! Faut arrêter les pub mensongères sur les réseaux sociaux.
