L'aubergine grillée était un pur délice.

The waiter puts his soul into animating the evening. Highly intelligent, not at all intrusive, always with a witty banter ready. The meat was delicious, it's very expensive but well worth it. There was an intimate atmosphere, a few person, we made friends at neighbouring tables speaking in several languages.
I cant speak French, I was afraid of bothering the waiter asking many times but he never flinched.
He put on some music at the end, talking to us he even took the time to get to know us and dedicate the right song. The core of Paris is to experience an abnormal dinner like this.
