De plus les vendeurs sont juste polis et surtout pressés pour vous servir afin de passer à un autre client.
The prices though are quite on the higher side, though it’s fine to splurge on some good cheese once in a while.
Also,it seemed as though like it was focused on force selling for tourist as most of the cheeses were pre cut and already wrapped was told it’s not quite possible to get our exact portion, so you’ll have to buy bigger size more than what you were hoping to buy or get small sizes which might not be quite enough, not really convenient honesty speaking.
L'accueil y est systématiquement froid et impersonnel, à moins d'être perçu comme un gros client.
Originaire de Strasbourg, où j'avais mes habitudes à "La cloche à fromage", je trouve la qualité des fromages correcte sans être exceptionnelle, surtout au vu des prix pratiqués.
Le comble a été atteint aujourd'hui lorsque j'ai voulu acheter un morceau de tête de moine pour ma grand-mère de 99 ans. Il y avait des morceaux de 400 grammes, bien trop gros pour elle. Impossible d'obtenir 200g, on m'a poussé vers un format "fleur" beaucoup plus cher (100€/kg contre 73€/kg chez un bon fromager du 9e).
Faute de temps, j'ai cédé mais c'est la goutte d'eau qui fait déborder le vase. Je ne reviendrai plus et dommage pour mon chouchou, la Trappe Echourgnac
