Je suis parti en vacances et j’ai voulu faire la prière du vendredi (joumou’a). Ça a été une expérience un peu étrange, peut-être parce que je suis habitué à d’autres traditions dans mon pays, où l’accès à la mosquée est très facile et toujours ouvert.
À la grande mosquée, j’ai été surpris par le nombre de policiers bloquant l’entrée. Ils empêchaient les gens d’entrer parce que le premier sermon était en cours. Ils laissaient passer les gens seulement après la sortie des moussalin du premier sermon, puis ceux du deuxième sermon pouvaient entrer. Bref, c’était un vrai bazar.

The nearest mosque to the Eiffel Tower in Paris and the Flix Bus Terminal in Bercy, Seine. It's beautiful and very clean. For Muslim who wants to take prayer, get free access without buying ticket. Better if we come on foot or by public transport, because there is no parking area outside, maybe just suitable for bicycle. If we enter the main gate, we will captivated by the gardens named Rawda and so on. Then for the worshipper, we can take ablution and toilet at once on the corner of the garden. For woman, the ablution room separated quite far away from the mushalla or prayer room. So we must wear back our socks in wet condition to protect our aurat, it's inefficient. For those who wants to directly eat or have a coffe break, they can move to the Mosque Restaurant in front of the building.
