You get to experience a “surprise” menu when you’re there. They choose the food and believe me, they choose well. I’m an “uncultured” American, and I felt their food was accessible yet also, complex in its flavor profiles. I am a little picky on my wine pairings and they paired the wine perfectly!
This place needs to be overrun by patrons so these wonderful people can keep making wonderful experiences for everyone.
