They dealt with our troubles promptly and kindly. And they recommended a great restaurant. We enjoyed the stay in this city thanks to their great hospitality.

+The reception and breakfast area were cozy and nicely decorated, just like the room.
+Front desk was kind and nice. Also, woman who worked at breakfast area were also really nice and helpful.
+- About the room. The room lacks of natural light. No view through the window (through the window you can see only the wall (our room was 204, for three people). The bathroom needs renovation, however, the towels were perfect (large, white, and clean).
+ Comfortable, soft and clean beds.
-Very limited breakfast. €15 per person for a cold breakfast: cornflakes, two types of meat (salami and ham), one type of cheese and cream cheese, cold boiled eggs, jam, butter, croissants, French bread, buns with chocolate and beverages (coffee was good).
I don’t say it wasn’t tasty; actually it was. However, there were no hot/warm food options, no omelet or sausages, nothing.
Of course, after such breakfast you won't leave hungry, but this is not the usual breakfast you'd find in other European countries for €15. I was informed that the omelet would cost an additional €4 per person.
