The staff at this hotel are beyond 5 stars. Extremely helpful, kind, and go out of their way to assist you. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to get out of in the mornings. Truly enjoyed our stay. Right across from Notre Dame and in the heart of it all.

Perfect , near to Notre Dame & Latín Quater; excellent breakfast. Calm & the atmosphere was quite. The room was clean, also have air conditioning & elevators. The front desk always has an employee.||Information available if the city. A lot of place to eat, very nice.

Truly disappointing.||Firstly we picked this hotel for its location and that is beyond question. When we booked though we called the hotel and I spoke to Samba. While we only needed a single and a double we booked 2 doubles as these were the only type that had the street view. Samba assured me he would add the request for a view. When we arrived, the hotel had our booking all wrong and insisted we hadnt paid for breakfast when we had. Also that we had a twin room when we didn’t. They had no note of the request for views. The rooms allocated (103 and 104) were just terrible dark rooms each facing into a dark, dismal air shaft. Immovable privacy blinds left the room so dark that even in daytime we needed to turn on the light to see. Truly terrible. Very large bathroom but that was no consolation. We spoke to Samba at reception and he accepted he had ‘probably’ spoken to us but was unapologetic for failing to make the request as he had promised. For the last night the manager moved one room to a view. The breakfast at 16 euros pppn is really not worth is as super basic - better to go to a nearby cafe.|I really wouldn’t go back to this hotel again in case we got those rooms but to be clear if you were lucky enough to be allocated the few front facing rooms then these are lovely. Would make more sense to charge a superior rate so customers can distinguish between the room types and have a reasonable expectation of what they will get. |Overall this hotel needs more oversight from the owners to understand the customer experience.

Da evitare. Zero cortesia. La colazione inesistente in un ambiente strettissimo (7 tavoli per un hotel con 6 piani di camere). Una mattina abbiamo atteso 15 minuti per fare colazione. Per tutto il soggiorno l'ascensore non funzionava. Camera al 4 piano. Viaggiando con un bambino di 4 anni è stato un inferno. Anche per i bagagli non siamo stati aiutati. Le camere sono piccolissime. Il bagno un tugurio con la doccia nella vasca da bagno accessibile se sei un atleta. Al rientro in Italia abbiamo chiesto un rimborso per il mancato servizio dell'ascensore. Ci è stato risposto che ci avevano offerto la colazione quando tramite la conferma di prenotazione risultava compresa nel prezzo. Sarebbe stato più onesto dire non riteniamo valida la richiesta. Non lasciatevi abbindolare dal prezzo. E' basso perchè è quello che vale.

Very centrally located. Walkable distance from Notra Dame, Saint Severin Church and Saint. It is also walkable distance from metro train stations. The hop on and off and toot buses stop right outside the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are restaurants, bakeries, pubs and convinience stores right outside. |Breakfast is very average. Don't opt for with breakfast option.
