Hotel ben tenuto con personale cortese e disponibile . Posizione strategica in centro vicino a notre dame e quartiere latino con fermata metro e rer comodissima. Camera discreta come dimensioni e bagno non grande ma ci si stava . Molto pulito. Colazione con non troppa scelta tra dolce e salato ma di qualità. Unica pecca i tavolini erano davvero molto piccoli. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene .

Perfekt läge, enkelt till sevärdheter i området och även för att ta sig runt (nära till station) utmärkt att ta tåget till flygplatsen direkt utan krångel. Bra personal och rum. Testade aldrig frukosten så ingen kommentar om den.

A few days my scheduled arrival, I got an email about welcoming me to their hotel when I already told them I cancelled already. Then I got another email thanking me for staying at their hotel. When I called, the receptionist told me that they only send generic or automated messages. But they can take time to respond to say they’re not giving refunds.
So I finally got a chance to call their office and spoke with a receptionist. I was looking for a manager to share my feedback and frustrations with. I was told that the manager is not around. So I asked for the manager’s schedule to which I was told that they don’t really know when the manager comes. What kind of a hotel does not have a manager in the office and staff who are oblivious to when the manager comes in.
They lost a customer. It is the lack of a personal service to customers that is most frustrating.
