Rooms are small. It was a tight fit for 2 people, so pack light as there was no room for 2 large luggage.
Could not give it a perfect 5 for service as I have been trying to sort out the pre-authorisation hold on my credit card that was done on the 18th of Apr. We checked in on the 25th of Apr and was told that the hold had been removed as I paid for the room in full. It is now the 13th of May, and the hold is still there.
I have contacted Hotel Apolonia and my bank numerous times, and it is still an unresolved issue.
